Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Account Manager develops and maintains client relationships for business financing needs. As part of Regions Bank, we provide financing solutions across various industries, aiming to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling and referrals to meet sales goals
  • Conduct phone meetings to discuss products, make proposals, and demonstrate value
  • Communicate product information, policies, and procedures to clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products and industry trends
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of client paperwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet monthly quota goals
  • Develop new business and nurture existing relationships
  • Present customized solutions to clients and negotiate quotes
  • Effectively communicate product benefits to customers

This position tracks time and is eligible for overtime under FLSA. It is incentive eligible, with total earning potential of $40,000 - $150,000+ annually.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
