Job summary

Plutus Health Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Success Manager – ASC to lead and grow relationships with ambulatory surgery center clients, ensuring successful delivery of revenue cycle management services from onboarding through ongoing engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess deep ASC billing knowledge (CPT/HCPCS), payer guidelines, and proficiency in CMS requirements, with a track record of collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with direct exposure to ASC / surgical billing
• Strong knowledge of ASC billing, coding (CPT/HCPCS), payer guidelines, and compliance
• Experience managing client relationships in a healthcare/RCM environment
• Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers and payer systems

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for ASC clients
• Manage end-to-end client lifecycle including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success
• Collaborate with operations, coding, billing, and AR teams to ensure accurate and timely RCM delivery
• Provide subject matter expertise in ASC billing, coding, payer requirements, and reimbursement methodologies
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (Days in AR, Net Collection Rate, First Pass Resolution Rate, denial rates, reimbursement trends)
• Lead implementation and transition processes, ensuring smooth onboarding of new ASC clients
• Conduct regular client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Partner with onshore and offshore teams to ensure service quality and performance outcomes
• Act as a client advocate, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
• Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within ASC RCM workflows
• Support business development by providing insights on ASC client needs and market trends
• Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, payer contracts, and ASC-specific regulatory requirements
• Travel as required based on client and business needs
