Job summary

MedHQ, LLC is seeking an ASC Revenue Cycle Manager to lead all revenue cycle functions in a high-volume ambulatory surgery center environment. The role requires deep knowledge of ASC billing, coding, payer contracting, and compliance, with a focus on cardiology service lines.

You will supervise billing and coding staff, monitor KPIs, collaborate with physicians and administration, oversee CPT/ICD-10 coding, and drive process improvements to reduce denials and improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum five years in revenue cycle management
• Knowledge of cardiology and ASC billing/coding
• Experience with Medicare/Medicare Advantage and commercial payers

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a billing and coding team.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs such as clean claim rates, denials, and days in AR.
• Collaborate with physicians, ASC administration, and clinical leadership.
• Oversee CPT/ICD-10 coding and ASC facility billing.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and conduct internal audits.
