Job summary

Plutus Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager- Medical Coding to oversee client relationships, coding operations, and revenue cycle optimization across multiple specialties. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, payer policies, and denial management is essential.

The role requires strong leadership, audit experience, and the ability to mentor onshore and offshore coding teams while driving regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in medical coding, auditing, and revenue cycle leadership.
• CPC/CCS or AHIMA/AAPC equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of coding-related concerns.
• Develop and implement client engagement strategies to maximize satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and compliance audits to drive process improvements.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts to expand coding services.
