Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an ASC Patient Services Supervisor to lead and develop front desk and scheduling staff in the outpatient surgery center. You will supervise, train, and motivate PSCs and OR Schedulers to deliver safe, high-quality patient care while optimizing productivity.

You will participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and workflow improvements in collaboration with Nurse Managers and Administrators, ensure patient safety, and manage supplies via SAP.

Qualifications

• AA degree required.
• Three to five years in a clinic or hospital setting; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of third party insurance, billing, and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC, Kronos, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités
