Job summary

Advanced Surgical Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical and administrative operations across the Pre Op, OR and PACU areas. The role includes coordinating resources, staff, and processes to meet high standards of care and regulatory requirements.

You will drive quality improvement, staff education, and infection control while ensuring survey readiness and compliance with AAAHC, OSHA, HCFA and state rules.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas.
• BLS and ACLS certification; CNOR preferred; PALS if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and administrative leadership for Pre Op, OR and PACU areas.
• Coordinate clinical activities, resources and personnel to support the ASC.
• Prepare for AAAHC accreditation and regulatory surveys; ensure readiness between surveys.
• Oversee infection control and employee health; monitor and improve patient outcomes.
