Montana State University Billings is seeking an ASC Assistant Director to lead tutoring services and ASC operations. This role supervises Writing Center staff across campus locations and collaborates with senior staff to implement service enhancements and effective student support.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in student success or tutoring environments; a master’s in a related field is preferred. Competitive benefits and a strong campus culture await.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in education, Student Affairs, Humanities, English, or related field and at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Preferred Master’s degree with 5 years of experience in a learning center or tutoring environment.
• Experience supervising tutors/academic support personnel and working across multiple locations.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Writing Center Tutoring staff (≈10 employees) at University Campus and City College locations.
• Work with Retention Director and Associate Director of Tutoring to manage daily operations.
• Represent the ASC and MSU Billings professionally to diverse constituencies and stakeholders.
