Qualifications

• Experience leading university writing programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic leadership for the Writing Center and align with university priorities.
• Manage Writing Center operations, budgets and staffing.
• Develop and assess programming to support student, faculty and staff.
• Build community engagement among students, faculty and staff and collaborate with campus leadership.
• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate Writing Center staff and tutors.
• Oversee tutoring programs and explore innovative writing support models.
