Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for institution-wide tutoring, writing, and supplemental instruction programs.
• Set policy and standards for academic support service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and supervise student tutors, mentors, and graduate assistants.
• Partner with faculty, department heads, and deans to identify academic support needs.
• Develop and monitor assessment plans to evaluate program effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Manage the electronic tutoring management system and BearCLAW program website.
• Investigate grant opportunities and external funding for academic support initiatives.
