Job summary

The Northern Ohio Surgery Center in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking an ASC Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise clinical, administrative, and business office activities.

You will lead budgeting, staffing, physician relations, and top-line growth initiatives, reporting to the Director of Operations or Regional VP, while driving excellence across the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, BSN, or RN with at least four years of supervisory/management experience.
• ASC experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Accrediting Body regulations (AAAHC).
• Experience in budgeting and personnel management.
• Evidence of continuing education related to job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth and cultivate physician relationships.
• Own organic top-line growth via increased volume and new physician recruitment.
• Design and execute recruitment and marketing programs to drive case volume growth.
• Initiate, develop and maintain strong physician relationships to support topline growth and governance.
• Recommend and implement short- and long-term strategic plans for clinical, financial, and operational results.
• Lead operational excellence and manage the center's P&L and budgets.
• Coordinate with leadership to implement growth initiatives and operational improvements.
