Job summary

The administrator role at Northern Ohio Surgery Center in Cleveland, OH, reports to either the Director of Operations or Regional VP of Operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, BSN, RN preferred, or equivalent experience with supervisory/management background.
• ASC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Accrediting Body regulations (AAAHC) and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth and cultivate physician relationships.
• Own P&L, budgeting, financial controls, and reporting responsibilities.
• Coordinate operating room and supply chain activities with leadership.
• Design and implement growth initiatives and operational improvements.
• Lead staff development, performance evaluations, and leadership programs.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and accreditation standards.
