Job summary

Easton Surgery Center in Columbus, Ohio seeks an Executive Director/Surgery Center Administrator to lead a high-volume orthopedic, spine, and pain management ASC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
• 5+ years of senior leadership in an ASC, outpatient hospital, or surgical services environment.
• Experience in orthopedic, spine, and/or pain management preferred.
• Proven success managing high-volume operations with strong financial results.
• Collaborative, engaging leadership style that motivates teams and builds trust.
