Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, BSN, or RN preferred, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of four years of supervisory/management experience.
• ASC experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Accrediting Body regulations (AAAHC) and standards related to healthcare.
• Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for own professional advancement and that of others.
• Experience in budgeting and personnel management.
• Evidence of continuing education directly related to the job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth & cultivate strong physician relationships.
• Owns and is accountable for organic top-line growth via increased volume and new physician recruitment.
• Designs and executes recruitment and marketing programs to drive case volume growth.
• Initiates and maintains strong physician relationships to support governance and partnerships.
• Recommends and executes short- and long-term strategic plans for clinical, financial, and operational results.
• Leads operational excellence and manages the center's P&L.
• Oversees budgeting, capital budgets, and operating plans.
• Coordinates with leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
