Job summary

Village Surgicenter of Erie is seeking an ASC Administrator to ensure daily operations comply with regulatory standards and oversee clinical, administrative, and business office functions. You will lead planning, budgeting, staff utilization, and physician relations, with a focus on growth and operational excellence.

The role requires supervisory experience (4+ years), a healthcare background (BA/BSN/RN preferred), and knowledge of AAAHC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, BSN, or RN preferred, or equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of four years of supervisory/management experience required.
• ASC experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Accrediting Body regulations (AAAHC) and standards related to healthcare.
• Experience in budgeting and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth and cultivate strong physician relationships.
• Owns and is accountable for organic top-line growth via increased volume and new recruitment.
• Designs and executes physician recruitment and marketing programs to drive case volume growth.
• Initiates, develops and maintains strong physician relationships to support governance and partnerships.
• Leads operational excellence and oversees the center’s P&L and budgeting.
