Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant in the Atlanta area to own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close across multiple entities, including entries, reconciliations, schedules, and balance sheet review.

You will apply ASC 606 and ASC 842 knowledge to recurring contracts and billing controls, review contracts and renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Ops, and FP&A. The role offers hybrid work with 2 days from home, base up to $150,000 plus 15% bonus, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of revenue and close.
• Working command of ASC 606 and ASC 842, and ability to read complex contracts and document a position.
• Background in recurring contract revenue, billing controls, and multi-entity accounting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Operations, and FP&A to land on an answer.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end revenue close across multiple entities including entries, reconciliations, schedules, and balance sheet review.
• Apply ASC 606 and lessor-side ASC 842 to contracts and renewals.
• Review new contracts, amendments, and renewals with documented conclusions and current revenue policies.
• Coordinate billing review with the billing team to tie charges and credits to contracts.
• Drive process and system improvements across CRM, billing, and ERP to shorten close and reduce manual work.
