Job summary

Eurofins Built Environment Testing CentraL is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to support the Asbestos team. The Analyst will prepare and analyze environmental samples, validate data, and upload results into the LIMS for client reporting.

The role requires a BS or BA in a related science, 1–2 years of lab experience, and proficiency in English. Full-time hours, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered at this New Orleans area site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or BA in a related science field.
• 1–2 years documented lab experience.
• Experience in asbestos or mold testing analyses.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze environmental samples.
• Enter and report analytical data using the LIMS.
• Perform independent data reviews for other analysts’ work.
• Maintain client service and provide technical support.
• Assist QA in development and data collection of QA processes.
• Coordinate sample transfer and stock management as needed.
