Rutgers University–Camden is seeking a part-time/temporary Unit Administrator/Specialist Casual to support the Department of Visual, Media, and Performing Arts (VMPA). The role focuses on outreach to local schools and prospective students, handling inquiries, and assisting with portfolio reviews and program information.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Up to two years of relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Support outreach and recruitment efforts for VMPA, including high school/college relationships and recruitment communications.
• Respond to inquiries, assist with portfolio reviews, and provide information about VMPA programs and opportunities.
• Support department recruitment and engagement initiatives, including open houses and pre-college arts programs for prospective students and families.
