Job summary

Canton Township's Cherry Hill Village is seeking an Arts Operations & Productions Coordinator for the arts campus. This variable-hour role handles day-to-day logistical and administrative tasks across The Village Theater, Arts Warehouse, and The Factory, including box office, scheduling, and onboarding new staff.

You will advance contracts for performances, maintain event calendars, coordinate room setups and equipment, submit maintenance requests, and oversee concessions inventory to support

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in operations, supervision, and event production preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to operate a 12-passenger van and tow a trailer.
• Physical ability for lifting and manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistical and administrative operations of the arts campus.
• Oversee box office, staff scheduling, and onboarding.
• Advance contracts for performances and coordinate event calendars.
• Coordinate room setup, rentals, and equipment needs.
• Ensure safety rules and ADA accommodations.
• Assist with setup, teardown, and cleanup of events.
