Job summary

Northampton Community College seeks an Arts Engagement Coordinator to reinforce and expand public campus engagement in the arts. You will work with the Arts Advisory Committee and NCC campuses to plan exhibitions, manage collections, fund-raising, and the Artist-in-Residence program, while supporting curation and student participation.

• Experience at a community college is desirable.
• All candidates for this position will be asked to do a teaching demonstration for the search committee.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage exhibitions and related arts programs across NCC campuses.
• Coordinate with the Arts Advisory Committee, faculty, volunteers and artists.
• Document installations and promote events with Marketing and Facilities.
• Involve students in planning shows and art events across campus.
• Support Institutional Advancement and Marketing during events that promote the arts.
