Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant education experience or 7+ years equivalent work experience.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
• Master's degree in Education or school leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and manage programs and services for the Arts Integration Teacher Academy project.
• Assist in framing modules and programming for launch.
• Recruit schools and teachers to participate and ensure guidelines are followed.
• Collect information and prepare reports describing project objectives and recommendations.
• Develop and supervise module programming with staff and fellows to meet educational goals.
• Meet weekly with executive staff for project management and consistency.
• Determine needs for guest speakers and assist in securing them.
• Maintain databases and manage D2L access for evaluators.
• Design and execute culminating projects and events; maintain schedules and communications.
