Job summary

The Oklahoma Educational Television Authority (OETA) in Oklahoma City seeks an Education Program Manager to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of educational initiatives, workshops, camps, and professional development sessions.

The role manages Tier 2 partnerships and uses data-driven logic models to inform program design, reporting to the VP of Education. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in program management, design, and development in educational/public media/non-profit settings.
  • Proven ability to sustain long-term external partnerships with program partners, community organizations, and participants.
  • Experience with logic models, evaluation frameworks, and data-driven iteration for continuous improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing impact notes and summaries.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full development cycle for assigned programs—from design through delivery, evaluation and revision.
  • Collect delivery data and maintain program documentation for continuous improvement.
  • Execute post-activation evaluations and strategic alignment with the VP of Education.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for Tier 2 partners across the full engagement cycle.
  • Represent and communicate the program portfolio, delivering workshops, camps, and professional development.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resources.
