Job summary

The Oklahoma Educational Television Authority (OETA) in Oklahoma City seeks an Education Program Manager to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our educational initiatives, workshops, camps, and professional development sessions.

Reporting to the VP of Education, you will manage Tier 2 partnerships, design programs using logic models, collect delivery data, and guide program budgets and timelines to align with mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in program management, design, and development.
• Proven ability to sustain long-term external partnerships with schools, libraries, and nonprofits.
• Experience with logic models, evaluation frameworks, and data-driven iteration for program improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for program events.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development cycle for assigned programs—from initial design to delivery, evaluation, and revision.
• Collect delivery data and maintain program documentation, attendance, and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for Tier 2 partners across the engagement cycle to support delivery and sustainability.
• Represent the program portfolio in meetings, deliver workshops and professional development sessions, and contribute data narratives for reporting.
• Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring cross-functional coordination.
