Job summary

University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma seeks an Institute Program Manager for the Arts Integration Teacher Academy. This full-time, exempt role plans, designs, develops, executes, and manages programs and services, assists in framing modules, and helps recruit schools and teachers who will participate.

You will coordinate with A+ staff and fellows, supervise module work, meet weekly with executive staff, arrange guest speakers, maintain databases and the D2L system, prepare reports,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field to the position.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, execute, and manage programs and services for the Arts Integration Teacher Academy.
• Assist in framing modules and programming for launch; recruit schools and teachers.
• Ensure guidelines, specifications, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Collect information, prepare reports, and analyze project objectives.
• Develop and supervise module programming with staff and fellows; meet weekly with executives.
• Coordinate guest speakers; maintain databases and the D2L system; manage schedules.
• Coordinate culminating projects/events; travel as required.
