Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown, OH seeks a Development Assistant and Membership Coordinator to strengthen donor and member relationships and grow engagement in support of our arts and culture mission.

The role combines relationship-building, grant-related tasks, event planning, and CRM administration. You will work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, collaborating with leadership to deliver exceptional donor experiences and effective membership programs.

Formación

• Proven experience in donor and member development, fundraising.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and professional presentation.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or with others.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior leaders with development tasks including donor relations and fundraising events.
• Cultivate relationships with donors and foundations and promote opportunities.
• Maintain and grow membership programs, perks, and events; primary contact for members.
• Maintain detailed records of donor interactions using CRM and internal systems.
• Support marketing efforts and proposals related to donors and members; plan events.
