Job summary

The Grand Rapids Symphony in Michigan invites applications for a Development Coordinator to join the Development Department. This office-based, full-time role handles donor and sponsor benefits fulfillment, cultivation coordination, volunteer support, and event assistance.

Occasional night and weekend hours may apply. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of development administration experience, strong MS Office skills, and an interest in music or performing arts.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of development administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Interest in music or performing arts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle donor and sponsor benefits fulfillment.
• Coordinate cultivation activities.
