Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months full-time custodial and building maintenance experience.
• Experience in a large facility is desirable.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, strip, wax floors; clean carpets; wash windows and sanitize restrooms.
• Operate custodial equipment and vehicles; report maintenance needs.
• Maintain records of custodial activities and supplies.
