Job summary

Eastern Oregon University is seeking a Substitute Custodian for the Union County site. The role is part-time (0.25 FTE) with scheduling that varies and supports custodial services for classrooms, common areas, and bathrooms.

The position may involve duties across the academic year as needed. Responsibilities include daily and weekly maintenance, quarterly and annual cleanings, summer duties, and other tasks as assigned by the Health & Nutrition Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of approved sanitation methods.
• Awareness and knowledge of agency safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Daily/Weekly Site Maintenance (80%).
• Quarterly Site Maintenance (5%).
• Other duties as needed or assigned.
• Annual Cleaning (5%) (At the beginning or end of the school year).
• Summer Duties (5%).
• As assigned by Health & Nutrition Manager.
