Job summary

Cabarrus Arena is seeking a part-time custodian to help keep our facility clean and presentable for guests and events. The role requires flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays when needed.

You will work with our team to respond to custodial requests, perform routine cleaning tasks, and assist with post-event cleanup to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for attendees.

Responsibilities

• Clean event spaces before, during, and after events.
• Effectively and efficiently respond to custodial calls during and after events.
• Calls should be acknowledged and closed in a timely manner.
• Assist with pre/post event cleaning and janitorial tasks including, but not limited to: sanitizing and disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, recycling and sorting materials, vacuuming, floor care, carpet care such as stain removal and window washing.
• Sweeping/Wet & Dry mopping
• Dusting/Vacuuming
• Emptying trash/Restocking restrooms – Cleaning glass, windows, the restrooms & showers, and Upholstery
• Hours of work include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Other custodial duties as assigned by management.
