Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in the entertainment industry; hospitality background preferred.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Self-reliant and able to meet tight deadlines; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create a hospitable, welcoming environment for all artists.
• Present a clean, presentable greenroom and stock basic materials; light maintenance as needed before arrival.
• Handle artist details including settlements with accuracy and discretion; ensure timely payment post-show.
• Coordinate artist merchandise setup and settlement.
• Assist with meet-and-greets and VIP programs night of show.
• Arrange hospitality needs prior to arrival and handle special requests promptly.
• Facilitate artist hospitality, including tickets and service personnel as needed.
• Maintain a positive artist experience and navigate venue conditions.
• Other duties as needed per business requirements.
