• Inspect the cleanliness and working conditions of tools, equipment and supplies.
• Inform the Executive Chef of supplies to requisition.
• Prepare pastries, breads and desserts from scratch following recipes.
• Maintain clean production and storage areas, including walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Prepare customer orders and ensure timely completion to customer satisfaction.
• Minimize waste and follow storage procedures per Health Department.
