Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Tucson, AZ is seeking a part-time Pastry Cook to prepare desserts and baked goods following Canyon Ranch recipes and quality standards. You will set up work stations, maintain a clean working environment, and ensure safe handling of food per Health Department rules.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Ideal candidates have at least one year of production baking and pastry experience, knife skills, bread baking expertise, and a positive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• One year of experience in production baking and one year in baking and pastry.
• Cheerful, positive attitude; able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with handling large quantities of food and safety practices.

• Prepare desserts and baked goods according to Canyon Ranch recipes and guidelines.
• Set up assigned work stations and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Store and handle food according to Health Department requirements and report hazards.
