Eataly North America is seeking a Line Cook to transform high-quality ingredients into authentic Italian dishes in our large, open kitchen. You will prepare, cook and plate items, following recipes and health standards while reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef Manager.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of food prep experience, strong knife skills, and a culinary arts training background. This on-site role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a food preparation position.
• Good knife skills and dexterity with small tools.
• Culinary arts training degree preferred.
