Job summary

Eataly is seeking a Lead Line Cook to transform high-quality ingredients into authentic Italian dishes. You will work in exciting, high-volume, open kitchens while overseeing other line cooks. The position involves ensuring performance standards, preparing and plating food items, and maintaining food safety regulations.

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience and preferably a culinary arts degree. Work will require flexibility with evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food preparation position.
• Good knife skills and finger dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversees other line cooks and ensures performance standards during service.
• Ports, cuts, slices, and prepares ingredients for cooking.
• Plates menu items along with appropriate garnish.
