Job summary

Lees Marketplace is seeking a Donut Artisan to craft artisanal donuts during early morning and overnight shifts. You will follow recipes, fry donuts, design toppings, and ensure each item is made with precision and care in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will greet guests, assist with orders, stock displays, maintain product freshness, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. Team collaboration is essential to keep shelves filled and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous retail or guest service experience (preferred).
• Previous specialty cheese experience (preferred).
• Drive.

Responsibilities

• Produce, fry, decorate, and package donuts per recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in displaying and restocking donut products; keep shelves fresh and clean.
• Maintain accurate food inventories and purchase orders.
• Maintain training and certifications via in-person and digital trainings.
• Operate orders through digital and in-person processing.
• Collaborate with team to meet department goals.
• Handle guest orders accurately and provide friendly service.
• Promote Lee’s Way by solving guest issues and maintaining morale.
• Ensure safe handling and hygiene in all processes.
