Parlor Doughnuts in Town of Florida, NY is seeking an experienced team member to hand craft our layered doughnuts from start to finish and maintain a full display while delivering friendly service. You will prepare, fry and decorate doughnuts, keep the kitchen clean, manage inventory with the team, assist front-of-house with orders and questions, and adhere to food safety guidelines.

Opening shift starts at 4:00am; Serv Safe or State certification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
• Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Responsabilités

• Prepare doughnuts from start to finish including frying and decorating
• Collaborate with team to operate fryers and manage ingredient inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist front of house by taking orders, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Support additional duties such as sweeping, dishwashing or waste management
