The ideal candidate will bring a passion for authentic Italian cuisine, extensive knowledge of dough production and fermentation, and experience working with high-temperature pizza ovens. You will prepare dough, stretch and bake pizzas, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Demonstrated experience preparing dough from scratch.
• Experience working with a high-temperature pizza oven (Forno or similar).
• Thorough understanding of dough fermentation, hydration, proofing, and baking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, ferment, portion, and maintain pizza dough according to recipes and specs.
• Monitor dough hydration, fermentation schedules, proofing, and quality control procedures.
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
• Prepare sauces, proteins, vegetables, and other ingredients required for daily service.
• Ensure proper product rotation, storage, and inventory management practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation per company and health department standards.
