Cece's Kitchen in Baltimore’s Roland Park location is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our polished Italian restaurant team. You will work alongside experienced chefs in a refined environment, focusing on authentic dough production and high-temperature pizza ovens to deliver excellent guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a professional kitchen, hands-on dough making, and comfort with a Forno/high-heat oven.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Experience preparing dough from scratch.
• Experience with a high-temperature pizza oven.
• Understanding of fermentation, hydration, proofing, and baking techniques.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, ferment, portion, and maintain pizza dough according to recipes.
• Monitor dough hydration, fermentation, proofing, and quality control procedures.
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas while maintaining consistency and presentation.
• Prepare sauces, proteins, vegetables, and ingredients for daily service.
• Ensure proper product rotation, storage, and inventory practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workstation per standards.
