Responsibilities

• Prepare bread, cakes, pastries, mousses, ganache, and other bakery items daily.
• Be knowledgeable about high-level pastry techniques to create plated desserts for the Fine Dining location daily.
• Temper chocolate, pate a choux, meringue and other techniques as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen area at all times and follow food safety guidelines.
• Assist in the Garde Manger area as required by business demands.
