Fort McDowell Golf Club is seeking a Fine Dining Pastry Cook II to join the We Ko Pa Casino Resort culinary team. You will craft scratch-made pastries, breads, mousses, ganache, and chocolate work for the Fine Dining Restaurant under the Pastry Chef.

Requires at least 2 years of pastry or related experience, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid food handler’s permit with Serve Safe certification.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of pastry, baking, or related specialty experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare breads, cakes, pastries, mousses, ganache, and other pastry items daily.
• Plate desserts to order for the Fine Dining Restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and adhere to health and safety standards.
