Job summary

Lees Marketplace is seeking a Donut Artisan to craft artisanal donuts during early morning hours. You will fry, decorate, and package donuts, following Lees’ recipes and quality standards, and work with a team in a fast-paced kitchen to uphold our reputation for fresh, high-quality products.

This role also involves assisting guests, stocking displays, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash (if applicable), and participating in trainings to stay certified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in retail or guest service (preferred).
• Previous specialty cheese experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Helps with production, frying, decorating, packaging, and maintenance of donuts.
• Assists in displaying and restocking donuts; keeps shelves fresh and rotated.
• Maintains accurate food inventories.
• Attends trainings and maintains certifications.
• Processes and completes orders through digital and in-person channels.
• Other duties as needed.
