Qualifications

• Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix, scale, and prepare brioche dough for donut production.
• Cut and shape dough into donut styles.
• Proof and fry donuts to proper specifications.
• Glaze, fill, and finish donuts with consistency and attention to detail.
• Perform daily fryer maintenance, including filtering and cleaning.
• Maintain proper oil levels and monitor fryer performance.
• Follow opening procedures and complete daily prep lists.
• Prepare ingredients and items for production (e.g., egg wash, fruit cutting, fillings).
• Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
