Qualifications

• CA Food Handlers certificate required within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to stand and move in a fast-paced bakery environment for up to eight hours per shift.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

Responsabilités

• Bread & viennoiserie production daily tasks, including dough production for croissants, brioche, and breads.
• Portioning and shaping bread; lamination for viennoiserie; finishing laminated products.
• Assembling danishes and croissants; proofing and baking in a fast-paced kitchen.
