Juniper Cafe in California is seeking a dedicated baker to craft croissants, bread, and pastries with care and precision. You will work closely with a small team to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the bakery.

Qualifications

• CA Food Handlers certificate within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the bakery for up to eight hours per shift.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high hygiene standards.

Responsabilités

• Handcraft daily spread of signature choux pastries, muffins & cookies per Juniper standards.
• Proof, assemble and bake Viennoiseries in a fast-paced environment.
• Use local produce to create fillings and components for choux and viennoiserie.
• Keep bakery clean and organized throughout the day and at shift end to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist in deep cleaning, tool care, and station organization to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service.
