Qualifications

• 6-12 months retail or restaurant experience required.
• Completion of Bakery Decorator Apprentice training or equivalent.
• Prior bakery or grocery retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, and pastries.
• Build, ice, and decorate cakes following standard procedures.
• Prioritize production lists and adjust as needed.
• Merchandise items in the display case and monitor freshness.
• Guide Bakery Decorator Apprentices and teammates.
• Create custom, customer-driven cake designs.
