Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to understand recipes and health & safety rules.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Operate bakery equipment and ovens adjacent to high-heat sources.
• Attention to exact measurements and fast-paced production schedules.
• NbC recipes available in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Prepare ingredients and operate equipment to bake cakes.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes; maintain logs and rotation standards.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and monitor inventory of supplies.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance and punctuality.
