Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Operate commercial ovens and mixers to bake cakes.

• Label, package, store cakes, and rotate stock appropriately.
• Assist in production planning and monitor inventory levels.
• Evaluate product quality and report issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and logs.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and dress code.
