Responsibilities

• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, place pans in oven and monitor the bake.
• Label, package and store cakes; maintain logs and rotation standards.
• Assist Bakery Manager with cake production planning and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and prep for next shift; comply with safety guidelines.
