Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Operates measuring instruments, commercial mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Accurately prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking, places pans in hot ovens and monitors timing.
• Adheres to packaging, labeling, and storage of cakes and maintains logs.
• Assists Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory monitoring.
• Evaluates products to ensure NbC standards and reports quality issues.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks the workstation and maintains cleanliness.
• Complies with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code.
• Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
