Coincidence Cafe in Orlando, Florida is seeking a skilled baker to join our locally-owned bakery cafe. We value traditional technique with creative flair and offer competitive pay, tips, and growth opportunities.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional bread experience, ability to make sourdough and artisan breads from scratch, croissants and laminated dough, and experience with scaling ingredients and loaf shaping. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Coincidence Cafe is a new, locally-owned bakery cafe in sunny Orlando, Florida. Our mission is to create a modern artisan bakery that celebrates bread by embracing creativity while honoring the craft. We believe great bread can be rooted in tradition and open to imagination.

We're looking for a skilled bread baker with the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of strong professional bread experience
• Experience producing sourdough and other artisan breads from scratch
• Experience producing croissants and laminated dough from scratch
• Experience scaling ingredients, loaf shaping and scoring
• Experience operating commercial baking equipment
• Collaborative, accountable, and adaptable
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Out-of-state applicants welcome
