Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional bread experience, ability to make sourdough and artisan breads from scratch, croissants and laminated dough, and experience with scaling ingredients and loaf shaping. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Experience producing sourdough and artisan breads from scratch.
Experience producing croissants and laminated dough from scratch.
